I’ve got a quick question for you?

Have you ever wanted to set your own hours and schedule?

Or wanted to work from home?

To own your own business?

Come on, admit it, you would love to be able to take time off to go to the kids game without feeling guilty about needing to work on your TPS report for the boss. (that has proven that he doesn’t even read it…)

Or you would love to feel like you were actually helping people, instead of just clocking in and clocking out…

So – What happened? Face it, this is probably not the first time you have thought about being in a position of freedom and flexibility.

What is going to be different this time around?

You are going to discover how to finally make your dream a reality.

Isn’t it about time???

Hey, my name is Robert Earl, and turn the clock back a few years ago and I was in the exact same position that you are in right now.

It was a Friday afternoon and evening and I found myself sitting in an airport in New York City. A late spring, early summer day that had turned unseasonably warm for the Big Apple. (I will tell you why I was sitting there in a bit…)

And as it is known to do in the Northeast on a hotter than normal day, the atmosphere get stirred up and the weather takes a turn for the worse. Afternoon and Evening Thunderstorms. If you have never experience a window shaking evening storm, you are lucky. You wonder who in the help made Mother Nature so mad.

As I sat there, waiting on the next Northeast Shuttle Flight from NYC to DC, I watched the departures board turn red, one flight after another, delayed, Delayed, DELAYED. Then CANCELLED.

Didn’t they realize, that I had to make it home to Northern Virginia? Both of my Children had their end of school year Piano Recital, and I just had to be at the event on Saturday Morning.

I was already on thin ice because I had not been available over the past few months to take my turn in driving the kids to the lessons.

4pm turned into 5pm then into 6pm and then 7pm. And there I sat.

And this was before the age of cell phones or smart phones. Imagine sitting in an airport today without a phone in your hand for more than 30 minutes. Yeah, it was brutal.

If I didn’t get home, I was screwed…

You see, just a year earlier I had been working for a emerging technology company as a Software Program Manager. I was devoted to that company. It was a rocketship, or so I thought.

In 3 short years it had grown from 20 employees to over 400.

And being onboard in the early stages as the 40th employee, each time a new batch was added or a new round of outside financing was achieved, I was awarded a new set of $tock options.

I was working near my home, making good money and was even able to attend some of the kids events and help out around the house. Sure there was the occasional late night project that occurred here or there, but I at least knew I could make it to a game or recital if I needed to.

And then it started to happen… Those of you in the corporate world know what I mean. There started to be a slew of closed door meetings.

The DOT COM Bubble was bursting and the company I was with was right in the middle of it.

This is when you start looking around for a life vest and your spot on the lifeboat. The ship was going down.

Without further financing from the markets the company was in trouble. And the appetite on Wall Street for our type of company was more like heartburn. That is when the first set of layoffs occurred, then the second, and the third…

You get the picture. Everyday that you walk into work you are afraid it will be your last.

You Realize – YOU ARE NOT IN CONTROL.

You are at the mercy of a select few executives and a board of directors in charge of an over extended balance sheet.

And then it happened, the company closed.

NOW WHAT…

Consulting, I will be a consultant. And you know what, that worked. I got a contract gig within a week. One Catch…

It was in Garden City, Long Island, New York. And I lived in Ashburn, Virginia.

Talk about a commute. On a plane every Monday morning and back on a plane every Friday night. It was stressful and lonely and unrewarding work – But it paid the bills.

Most weeks it was a grind, and the commute was fine. There had been a bumped flight before or a delay for equipment, but I just got on the next plane and made it home on Friday.

This Friday was different. And I knew if I didn’t make it to Saturdays Recital, I would never, ever hear the end of it from the family. All I could think about was the response from my Mother in Law if I missed the event…

IT WAS AT THAT MOMENT IN JFK AIRPORT IN NEW YORK THAT I MADE A DECISION.

I WAS GOING TO TAKE CONTROL.

  • – No more board or directors…
  • – No more crazy hours…
  • – No more out of town work…

I wanted control of my schedule, my freedom, my finances.

What could I do to break the cycle? What business or industry could I be in that would allow me some freedom, and flexibility of schedule and could pay the bills?

I was probably inspired by the number of flights I had taken over the previous 6 months. The takeoffs and landing at Dulles Airport in Northern Virginia, You see 3 things…

– Corporate Buildings – Trees– Roofs to Houses.

Considering that I was done with the Corporate Rat Race and that I was not a LumberJack – Those roofs looked awfully attractive because there were so many of them.

I had to figure out how to get into Real Estate.

I enjoyed looking at houses. I was good with people, and most of the Real Estate Agents that I saw were looking like they were doing OK financially.

I was nearing the end of my current contract and had a 6 month offer on the table for a project in Greenwich Village, NY so I knew if I was going to make a decision, I had to do so sooner rather than later.

I felt like my back was against the wall.

The following week I did not go up to New York until Tuesday. I used Monday to get into real estate. I signed up for the first class that I could that was held at the local real estate office and I was off and running, with real estate class book in hand.

I was excited, I had taken action.

And then I realized that despite my wanting to be in CONTROL, I had fallen into the exact same trap.

Everything from the classroom to the structure of the brokerage was designed in the favor of the Company. I had required hours to be in the office, and had to promote the business of the brand. I was doing ok and seeing some success, but OK wasn’t going to cut it.

The real problem is that I was not being truly to my commitment to be in control. Sure I was in real estate, but not in the right environment for success.

Frankly I was feeling pretty frustrated and lost.

Then along came an individual that turned out to be a God Send – Chuck Vaughan.

Chuck was a business guide that became my Mentor & Coach and he had a different way of looking at things. He was focused on me and my success and he worked with a real estate company that shared this same vision.

Within my first year of working with the new company, my business doubled and I kept more of the money I made in my pocket.

Suddenly the Piano Lessons were affordable…

In my 2nd full year in business I became the top earning individual agent with my company in Virginia.

All because I got the right guidance and ended up in the right environment.

I thought I knew a lot about business and helping people.

Turns out at that stage of my new career, I knew very little. I had a framework, but my mentor showed me the model of success to follow and implement.

They gave me direction and guidance, without controlling me or placing undue corporate demands upon me.

And even though I was making more money, I found myself with more time off. I was able to coach my daughters AAU basketball team. I was able to take a few trips. I was seeing the fruit of my labors.

My Coach Helped Me See the Path to Success and the Steps to Take.

He saw the entire staircase…Even though I could only see the first step…

Fast forward to today, and I am blessed to be in the position to do the same for others.

To be their Coach. To act as an air traffic controller to guide them from the starting point to the destination.

That is why I created this site.

And why I created my Coaching Program.

It has taken me over 20 years to develop this program and the skills to be able to guide not only new agents, but also experienced agents through the ins and outs of the real estate industry.

Countless hours spent in training and classes. I recently stopped and looked back at my schedules and realized that I have spent over 8 months of my life at the company headquarters attending training and coaching sessions.

And I want to share that knowledge directly with you.

Just by compiling the steps required to get a licensed and the way to select a real estate school is saving prospective agents hours if not weeks of time and countless avoided mistakes along the way.

Face it, trying to figure out how to get a real estate license is more complex than dealing with the DMV. Gotta Love dealing with Government agencies.

I created the Coaching Program so that you don’t make the same mistakes that I made when I was getting started.

I created it so that I could show you the path to land in a successful environment that will allow you to flourish.

Once you apply, Your free reports will be coming to your email.

Over the next 7 days I am going to show you:

  • The Steps to Get Started
  • The Mistakes to Avoid
  • The Cost & Time Involved
  • How to pick the right real estate class
  • How to Select the Right Real Estate Company
  • How to find buyers and sellers.
  • And much, much more…

You can take advantage of this generous offer or you can try to do it all on your own…

But, before you get started all on your own, let me ask you a question.

Would you like to gain access to a coach that will help you our every step of the way?

I would like to be your personal coach and guide.

I would like to have you participate in my Coaching Program.

Now, while it is impossible for me to show you all of the benefits of my Coaching Program, I want to show you some of the things you will experience as soon as you are accepted into the program.

  • 10 1-on-1 calls with me over the next 90 days
  • Class Selection Advice
  • Weekly Mentorship Calls
  • Mindset Lessons on how to approach the class, the exam and then selling homes.
  • Direct Email Access to Robert Earl (this one item alone would be worth being in the program)

Now, When I coach real estate agents and business owners, I charge anywhere from $1,000 to $1,500 per month to guide them during four, one half hour calls per month.

So if all we do is meet 2 times a month, that would be a $500-$750 dollar value right there, not to mention the articles and information that you will have access to.

If all this did was get you into the career of your dreams, would it be worth it to make an investment in yourself?

If all this did was help you avoid one of the mistakes that I made early on in my career that cost me over $75k, would it be worth it to you?

Don’t worry, I am not going to charge you $1,000 to $1,500 dollars. I am not even going to charge $500.

I am going to take on all of the risk and control my downside by making sure that I am only working with those that are extremely committed to making a difference in their own lives with a degree of guidance from myself.

The Program is $250 per month for the next 3 months.

But you must act now. There are only so many hours in the day and I am still actively selling real estate myself so I have a limited number of spots in my Coaching Program and I only add a handful per month out of the thousands that place inquiries on this site.

Are you going to be one of the chosen?

Imagine what it will be like when you get to hand the keys to a home buyer that just bought their dream home. You have seen the photos of the happy couple at the closing table, keys in one hand and bottle of champagne in the other. With the Real Estate Agent right by their side.

Can you picture yourself taking that check to the bank?

I can. I have done so over 700 times, for a total of over $6,000,000 and now it is time for you to do the same.

So click on the button and submit an application to be considered for the Coaching Program. As of today I have a few slots open and I am making this program available at this reduced rate for those that are accepted.

This program is designed for those looking to practice real estate on a full time basis or those committed to moving from part time to full time in 6 months to a year.

For those of you that are already signing up, this is what is going to happen next.

Your application is going to be reviewed and if accepted you are going to be sent a link with access directly into my calendar to schedule an consultation session. You will also get links for the weekly mentorship zoom sessions.

In our initial session, we will get you signed up for a real estate class and layout a schedule that is based upon your current commitments that ensures success for YOU.

You see, if you sign up or not, that is fine with me.

I will still be helping buyers and sellers and will actually be working with those prospective agents that are committed to the Mentorship Program.

I will be celebrating victories with those that have graduated from the program and that have more more money in their first year in real estate than they have over the past 3 years combined. (true story that I share with program participants.)

However, without my help, you run the risk of being at the exact same place you are today one year from now.

Haven’t you put your dreams on hold long enough?

I know this may sound a little harsh, but in your heart and mind you know that it is true.

PS. I made it to the recital. My son played Clair de loon. Don’t know the song? It is the one that is played in Ocean’s Eleven when the gang is looking at the fountains at the Bellagio. As I write this, I can hear the tune clear as can be.

And because of real estate, I have stood in that exact spot in Vegas.

Think Big, Aim High, TAKE CONTROL, Act Bold.

I look forward to being your mentor.

Robert Earl
